What is One to One?
One to One1 is a free and simple way for One customers to send cash to anyone.
How do I get One to One?
You only need to enroll once before transferring funds to someone. Existing One Customers do not need to enroll to receive funds.
To enroll in One to One, follow these steps:
- Open the One app
- Open Cash Control
- Select One to One
- Click on Get Started
- Next, you will have the option to sync your current contacts
- You will receive a username that can be shared with others who use One to send you money
- If you are sending funds to a recipient who hasn’t joined One yet, you will need to sync your contacts
- Click on Use One to One
How do I use One to One?
To transfer funds instantly using the One to One feature, follow these steps:
- Open the One app
- Open Cash Control
- Select One to One
- Identify the person you want to send funds to by:
- Filtering your directory by name, username, or phone number
- Searching outside your directory using a full phone number or username
- Scanning their unique One to One QR Code
- Enter the amount you wish to send and an optional memo of up to 30 characters
- Click on Send Cash
- Review the request and select Yes, and your transfer will be created.
When completing a One to One transaction with another current One customer, money will be transferred instantly. If you are sending funds to someone who is not yet a One customer, they will need to successfully open a One Cash account to receive the funds, using the phone number to which the funds were sent. If a new account is not able to be created, the funds will be returned after 10 days. One to One transfers are irreversible and cannot be canceled.
Will my Overdraft Protection work with One to One?
No, you will not be able to use Overdraft Protection to send funds with One to One.
Are there any limits on how much I can send or receive?
Yes, the amount of funds you are able to send and receive may vary depending on various factors, including but not limited to direct deposit eligibility and how long you have had your One Cash account. These limits reset over a rolling 31-day period. We cannot increase your monthly limit at your request.
1. Money sent through One to One can only be transferred to a One Cash Account. If the recipient does not have a One Deposit Account, they must open one within 10 days of money being sent or it will be returned to the sender.
