Where do I see my loan terms?
You can view your loan terms are available in the One app by going to the Legal section within your Profile.
What payment methods are accepted?
You may make a payment to your loan directly from your One Cash account, with a linked debit card, or an ACH transfer from a linked bank account. If an initial payment is required, you may pay that from your One Cash account, or with a linked debit card
How do I make a loan payment?
To make the next payment due for a loan(s):
- Tap on Loans from your home tab in the One app
- Select Pay (Pay early if your payment has already been met) next to the loan you wish to make a payment for
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment
If you pay more than your payment amount, it will be applied to the principal balance.
When is my first payment due?
You will receive an email when the loan is settled stating when your payment is due. To confirm your first payment due date in the One app, select Loans from the Home tab. If an initial payment is required, it is due immediately at purchase.
Where can I find my payment schedule details?
Your loan schedule is sent to you via email when your loan has been processed. You may also view your next payment in the One app.
What is autopay?
Autopay is an automatic payment method that’s processed on your due date and adjusts to the amount you need to pay to stay current on your loan.
How can I set up autopay?
To set up Autopay:
- Tap on Loans from your home tab in the One app
- Select the loan you wish to set up Autopay for
- Select settings and turn on Autopay
- You will then be prompted to select your payment source for your loan Autopay.
How do I change the payment method for my Autopay?
To change your payment method for Autopay
- Tap on Loans from your home tab in the One app
- Select In Progress then select the loan you wish to update your payment method for
- Select the arrow next to Autopay On
- Select the arrow next to your current payment method then select where you’d like your Autopay payment to come from
Can I pay early or pay more than my scheduled payment?
You can make a payment before your due date by logging into your One account and selecting the Pay or Pay Early button on the specific loan you would like to make a payment on. Payments in excess of your monthly payment amount will go toward your loan balance to pay your loan down faster, but you may still be required to make a payment the following month. There are no fees or penalties for paying off your loan early and you may pay less total interest.
What if I have loan payment issues?
If your payment was declined, please select a different payment option. You can transfer funds from your One Cash account, link an external debit card, or transfer funds from your bank for payment.
If you overpaid a scheduled payment, that extra amount will go towards your total loan balance, but you may still be required to make a payment the following month. There are no fees or penalties for paying off your loan early.
