What is the status of my order?
Please refer to your purchase confirmation email from Walmart or the Walmart app for the tracking status of your order.
Why is my loan still “processing”?
Your loan may show “processing” while the transaction posts within the first few days of your purchase (in some cases, it may take up to 30 days). During this time, the loan has not started - you will not incur any interest, and no payments will be due.
What happens if Walmart canceled my order?
If the merchant canceled your order, the refund from the merchant will be applied towards the loan balance. If the credit is equal to or more than the balance owed on your loan, your loan will be closed and any additional credit will be returned to you. If the refund is for less than the full amount of the loan, you will still owe any partial outstanding amount.
What happens if I cancel or return an order?
One will process any cancellations or returns as soon as Walmart processes them. If a cancellation or return occurred, you should receive a credit toward your loan for the canceled or returned amount. Depending on when you complete your return, you may still be required to pay interest. Note that if you received your refund to another card or on a gift card, you will still be required to pay your loan.
How long until I receive a refund for my return?
Refunds are posted as soon as Walmart receives the items and completes the return. Once your return has been completed you will see the adjustment made to your loan balance.
Why did I only get a partial refund?
For general questions about refunds or returns of goods purchased, customers should reach out to the merchant (Walmart) directly for assistance.
