How does it work?
One has partnered with TransUnion®, one of the three major consumer credit bureaus, to give you free weekly updates in your app about your credit score. The credit score provided by One is your VantageScore 4.0®. Several factors may impact your credit score, such as payment history, credit usage, credit age, recent credit, and available credit. With the One app, you can stay up to date and learn what impacts your credit score.

It’s calculated using your credit report from TransUnion®, one of the three major credit bureaus. See Understanding your credit score: a quick guide for our customers for more information.
Is the credit score provided by One a real Credit Score?
The credit score shown in the One app is your VantageScore 4.0®. It is a credit score based on your credit report from TransUnion®, one of the three major US credit bureaus. VantageScore is a scoring model developed and maintained by the credit bureaus which is used industry wide; this is not specific to One. Lenders, including us at One, may use this score when they do a credit check. Other lenders or providers may use different credit score models to calculate your score.

One Credit Score refreshes weekly. With the one app, you can stay up to date and learn what impacts your credit score.
How do I hide my credit score?
From the Home tab of the One app, select Hide Score. You can display your score again by selecting Show Score.
You can also tap here and follow the steps above to hide or show your credit score in the One app.
My credit is locked or frozen, can I still view my credit score?
Yes. A credit freeze does not prevent credit monitoring services from obtaining your credit score.
Why is the credit score from my other provider different from what I see in the One app?
There are many different credit score models used in the industry, the score you see in the One app is your VantageScore 4.0® reported by TransUnion®. The score you see in the One app may differ from scores you see from other providers depending on the model and/or credit bureau they used to calculate your score. Additionally, credit bureaus can sometimes take time to receive the latest information from your lenders and your scores may not update immediately.
If you believe your credit score or any details of the data provided on your accounts are incorrect, please contact Transunion's customer support.

The credit score you are reporting is incorrect, how can I fix it?
There may be variances in the score you see in the One app and the score you see from other providers since there are many different ways of calculating a credit score; however, if you still believe your score is incorrect, you can request a free copy of your full credit report once annually from each of the three major credit bureaus to review for any inaccuracies that could be impacting your credit score. If there are inaccuracies in your credit report, you can dispute them with the creditor directly or with any of the three major credit bureaus. See Understanding your credit score: a quick guide for our customers for more information.
Can I use the available balance shown on the Credit Score screen?
The available balance shown on the Credit Score screen is the maximum amount of credit available from all your creditors combined when your credit score was last updated. This amount may vary when credit accounts are opened and closed. These funds are unavailable for you to use directly via One.
