How do I use One Pay wallet?
To start using One Pay wallet, add your debit or credit cards in the One app. If you have a One debit card, it’s automatically added to your One Pay wallet.
You can use One Pay wallet to shop on Walmart.com, the Walmart app, in Walmart stores, and at Walmart fuel stations.
To use One Pay wallet on Walmart.com or in the Walmart app:
- Open your Walmart account in the app or on Walmart.com.
- Go to Settings > Wallet, then find the One Pay wallet section.
- Tap “Sign up in seconds” and sign in using the phone number linked to your One account.
- Follow the steps to link a card. Once completed, One Pay wallet will show as your default payment option at checkout.
To use One Pay wallet in-store or at a Walmart fuel station:
- Open the One app, go to the One Pay wallet tab
, and select “Scan to Pay” or the QR code icon.
- At self-checkout or fuel stations, scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
- At manned registers, scan the QR code that appears on the payment terminal when the associate finishes scanning your items.
How do I add a card for One Pay wallet?
To add a card to your wallet:
- Open the One app
- Select the wallet

- From here, you can enter your card details manually or use your phone’s camera to scan the details
How do I remove a card from One Pay wallet?
To remove a card from your wallet:
- Open the One app
- Select the wallet

- Select the card you wish to remove then select Remove Card
How do I set a default card in One Pay wallet?
To set a default card in your wallet:
- Open the One app
- Select the wallet
- Select the card you wish to set as default
- Select the toggle next to Default card for One Pay
Why don’t I have a One Pay wallet deal?
One Pay wallet deals vary by customer and are updated often. When a new deal becomes available, you’ll receive an email, push notification, or SMS, and you can also check for it in the One Pay wallet tab in your app.
