How do I manage my One Pay?
From your One app, select the Wallet icon to add/remove/select a default card for One Pay. Additionally, if you would like to make changes to your account, select the Profile icon and select account > personal information.
Alternatively, if you are using One Pay with the Walmart app, you can select Edit under the wallet section and follow the on-screen instructions to manage your One Pay.
How do I view my One Pay transactions?
If you used your One Debit card, you can view your One Pay transaction history from your One Cash activity. To view One Pay transactions made with a linked card from another financial institution, reach out to that institution for further assistance.
How do I view my earned Cash Back?
For One Cash customers, the total cash back earned can be seen under lifetime rewards. Cash back for One Pay users is displayed in the cash back section of the One Pay screen. If you are not a One Cash customer you can apply for a One Cash account at any time to redeem your cash back.
Who do I contact if I have an issue with my One Pay transaction?
If you have a dispute with a transaction made with your One Cash debit card, please contact One Customer Service. If you need to file a dispute for a transaction made with a non-One linked card, please contact the respective issuing bank for further assistance.
