In March 2025, One will become OnePay and we’re introducing OnePay Rewards, a new way to earn and redeem with us. We will continue offering rewards at Walmart, gas stations, and top brands, now in the form of OnePay Points, which can easily be redeemed for cash back directly into a OnePay Cash account through the OnePay app.

How will OnePay Rewards work?
Eligible transactions made by OnePay Cash and OnePay Wallet customers will earn OnePay Points through the rewards program. You can redeem these points for cash back directly into a OnePay Cash account through the OnePay app.
When will these changes go into effect?
In March 2025, the same time as our name change to OnePay.
Will I still earn cash back at Walmart?
Yes, customers with OnePay Cash+ benefits will still earn 3% cash back at Walmart, 3 OnePay Points for every $1 spent, on up to $150 spent each month (changing from a max of $50 earned per year). Customers without OnePay Cash+ benefits will now also be able to earn cash back on every Walmart purchase made with their OnePay debit card or OnePay Wallet. They will earn 1 OnePay Point for every $10 spent.
How will I redeem my OnePay Points for cash back?
Instead of earning cash back directly to Savings, customers will now earn OnePay Points, which can easily be redeemed for cash back directly into a OnePay Cash account through the OnePay app. You can redeem for cash back into your Savings or Debit.
How much will OnePay Points be worth?
In general, 100 OnePay Points will be redeemable for $1 in cash back. More details on the redemption value of earned points and how the number of points earned on purchases are calculated will be available closer to launch.
Will I lose any cash back I have earned already?
No. For customers with a OnePay Cash account, you currently earn cash back directly to Savings, and no earned cash back will be lost or reversed due to this change. For OnePay Wallet customers without a OnePay Cash account, if you have unredeemed cash back at the time of the change, it will automatically be converted to OnePay Points. The redemption value of your cash back will not change.
