How do I close my account?
Click here to submit an email ticket request to close your ONE account. Customer Service will reach out to you within 1-2 business days after submitting the request to help you through the account closure process. Make sure you use the email address associated with your ONE account when completing the form.
What do I need to do before I close my account?
To prepare your account for closure, please take the following steps:
- Bring your account, including all Pockets, to a zero balance
- Ensure that all of your transactions have posted or are finalized
- Cancel or move your direct deposit and recurring withdrawals to a different account
