How do I sign into my account?
- Open the ONE app or website
- Select Sign In
- Enter your mobile phone number
- Enter the one-time use 6-digit verification code sent to your mobile device
You can also use face recognition or fingerprint authentication to sign in on your devices. When signing in on the website, you will be asked for your account passcode.
What is my username and password?
In place of a traditional username and password, sign in using your mobile phone number (which acts like your username) and the one-time 6-digit verification code sent to your mobile device (which works in place of a password) each time you log into your account.
What if I don’t have access to my phone number on file?
If you no longer have access to the phone number on file, you have the ability to sign in using the email address associated with your ONE account.
Complete the following steps to sign in:
- Open the ONE app or website
- Select Sign In
- Select Sign In With Your Email
- Enter the email address associated with your ONE account
- Select Continue
- Check your email inbox to see the one-time passcode
- Return to the ONE app
- Input the one-time passcode you received via email
- Select Continue
- You will be prompted to enter your 4-digit account passcode
- If you have not yet set up a passcode, you will be required to enter the last 4 digits of your SSN/ITIN and will then set a passcode to protect your account.
Once sign in is completed, you can update your phone number directly from within the ONE app by following the steps outlined in the Updating your profile Help Center article.
What if I don’t have access to the email address on file?
If you no longer have access to the email address on file, you have the ability to sign in using the phone number associated with your ONE account.
Complete the following steps to sign in:
- Open the ONE app or website
- Select Sign In
- Enter the phone number associated with your ONE account
- Select Continue
- Input the one-time passcode you received via text message
- Select Continue
- You will be prompted to enter your 4-digit account passcode
- If you have not yet set up a passcode, you will be required to enter the last 4 digits of your SSN/ITIN and will then set a passcode to protect your account.
Once sign in is completed, you can update your email address directly from within the ONE app by following the steps outlined in the Updating your profile Help Center article.
What if I don’t receive a verification code?
If you don’t receive the one-time use 6-digit verification code to your mobile device, you can have a new code resent by selecting RESEND.
If you still cannot receive the 6-digit verification code to your device, contact Customer Service to make sure your phone number is correct and up to date.
If you allow face recognition or fingerprint authentication to sign in, you will not be asked for your mobile phone number or verification code to access your account.
