How do I access my account statements?
You can access your statements in the One app or on the website.
- Tap (person icon) to access your Profile in the One app
- Tap Documents then Statements
- Select the month to view each statement
You can also tap here to view your statements in the One app.
Electronic statements for the previous month are available by the 7th day of each month. We do not send physical statements through the mail.
How do I get an account verification letter?
You can request an account verification letter by contacting One Customer Service or saying Agent in chat to speak with a One Specialist. An account verification letter will include your name, account, and routing numbers, and verify you as the account holder.
Can I get a transaction letter or partial statement?
One does not provide partial statements or transaction letters. Transaction history is provided in each monthly statement, which is made available by the 7th day of the following month.
Will I receive any tax documents?
A 1099 tax form is a document we’re required to send both to you and the IRS after certain requirements have been met. You may receive a 1099 if you earned over $10 in interest (1099-INT), obtained over $600 in rewards/credits (1099-MISC), or had debts of $600 or more canceled (1099-C) in a calendar year.
When will I receive a 1099 tax form?
Once available, eligible One customers are notified via email to log in and download their 1099 tax documents.

What if my 1099 tax document is incorrect?
If the information provided in your 1099 tax documents from One needs to be corrected, please contact customer support or say Agent in chat to be connected to a One Specialist.
