What are pockets and goals?
When you open a One account, you will automatically have both a Debit and Savings section to hold your funds.
The Debit section of your account is connected to your One debit card and is designed to hold funds that you will be spending soon. Money in your Debit section does not accrue interest.
The Savings section of your One account is a place to keep funds you do not plan to spend in the near term. Pockets within your Savings section create easy ways to categorize and store your money.
You will have a primary Savings pocket with your first name on it, optional custom pockets, and if enrolled, a Pay Autosave pocket or One@Work Save pocket. You can have up to three (3) custom pockets and each one can have an associated goal to make it easier to track your savings progress.
Pockets in your Savings section may earn up to 5.00% APY. More information about interest can be found in Interest rate (Annual Percentage Yield, APY).
How do I create a goal?
From your Savings section of the app, tap on “ Set a goal” to begin setting up your goal. You will be asked to name your goal, select a goal icon, set up a goal amount. You can also schedule a transfer right away to make progress towards your goal. You can always edit the goal in goal settings at any time.
How many goals can I have?
You can set up to three (3) goals on your custom savings pockets.
