What are pockets?

Pockets are where your money is stored within your ONE account. When you create your account, you get one pocket for spending (Spend) and another for saving (Savings pocket).  You can also create up to 3 additional custom Savings pockets to help organize your savings.

Spend is where your ONE debit card draws from and is your main account to pay bills and make purchases.

The Savings pocket is created to help you build up your savings at 1.00% Annual Percentage Yield (APY) rate. There is no cap on the amount you can save and you will earn interest on up to $5,000 of combined balances between your Savings and custom pockets. For eligible direct deposit customers, you can earn 1.00% APY on up to $25,000 of combined balances between your Savings and custom pockets.

How many pockets can I create?

You can have up to 3 custom pockets at any given time.

Do my pockets earn interest?

Yes. You are eligible to earn interest on the combined balance of your Savings and custom pockets, up to $25,000 for qualifying direct deposit customers, $5,000 for non-direct deposit customers.

Interest on your Savings and custom pockets accrues daily and is credited to your ONE account monthly.

How do I use pockets?

Pockets are free to create and offer an easier way to manage your money. You can easily create a new (or rename) custom pocket for a targeted savings goal and move money instantly between pockets to better organize and budget. Because each pocket has a unique account number, you can better separate where you spend and save.
