How do I update my address?
- Tap (person icon) to access your Profile on the bottom right in the One app
- Select Account then Personal Information
- Tap Edit next to your home or mailing address
- Enter your account passcode
- Type your new address and select Confirm
You can also tap here and follow the steps above to update your address in the One app.
Please use a physical residential address as your home address (we cannot accept business or commercial addresses). If you have a different mailing address, you can add that as well.
How do I add or update my mailing address?
You can add or update your mailing address separately from your physical home address on your account. Your mailing address is where you'll receive your One debit card or any mail related to your One account. Your home address, not your mailing address, is used as the billing address for purchases.

How do I update my phone number?
- Tap (person icon) to access your Profile in the One app
- Select Account then Personal Information
- Tap Edit next to your phone number
- Enter your account passcode
- Type your new phone number and select Confirm

Can I use any phone number?
You can use any U.S.-based mobile phone numbers that can receive text messages. Landlines cannot be used to create or access a One account.
Can I add a preferred name on my account?
If you’d like us to refer to you by a preferred name other than your legal first name, contact One Customer Support or say Agent to speak to a One Specialist. Once set, we’ll use your preferred name in the One app, and most communications, and a new physical card with your preferred name will automatically be sent to you. Account statements, tax documents, and other official records will continue to use your legal first name.
