Updating your profile

How do I update my address?

  • Open and log in to the ONE app on your phone
  • Tap the Frameprofile.png icon
  • Tap on Profile 
  • Tap Edit next to your home or mailing address
  • Enter your account passcode 
  • Type in your new address and select Confirm
  • Your address will be updated immediately

Please use a physical residential address as your home address (we cannot accept business or commercial addresses). You can also update your address on the website.

Can I add a mailing address?

Yes, you can list a mailing address separate from your physical home address on your account. Your mailing address is where you'll receive your ONE card or any mail related to your ONE account. Your home address is used as the billing address for purchases.

  • Your email address will be updated immediately

If you no longer have access to the email address on file with ONE, please reach out to Customer Service so we can help you update your information. 

How do I update my phone number?

  • Open and log in to the ONE app on your phone
  • Tap the Frameprofile.png icon
  • Tap on Profile 
  • Tap Edit next to your phone number
  • Enter your account passcode 
  • Type in your new phone number and select Confirm
  • Your phone number will be updated immediately

If you are unable to log in, please reach out to Customer Service so we can help you update your information. 

Can I use any phone number?

Any of your U.S. based mobile phone numbers that can receive text messages will work. Landlines cannot be used to create a ONE account.

Can I add a preferred name on my account?

Yes, if you’d like us to refer to you by a preferred name other than your legal first name, you can set this up by contacting ONE Customer Service via chat or phone. Once set, we’ll use your preferred name in the ONE app, most communications, and a new physical card with your preferred name will be sent to you. Account statements, tax documents, and other official records will continue to use your legal name.
