How can I reset my passcode?
- Open and log in to the ONE app on your phone
- Tap to access your Profile
- Tap App passcode
- Enter your current account passcode
- Create and confirm a new four-digit passcode
- Your new account passcode will be immediately updated

What do I use my passcode for?
Your account passcode is required to verify certain requests on your account, including:
- Logging into your account on a new device and the website
- Updating your profile information
If you have face recognition or fingerprint authentication on your devices, you will not be required to enter a passcode during the login process.
