How do I activate my One debit card?
- Select Activate Now from the Home tab or use your mobile phone camera to scan the QR code that came with your new card
- Enter the requested details to verify your card information
- Set a four-digit card PIN

When will I get my One debit card?
Your One debit card should arrive via USPS within 7-10 days after you open your One Cash account.
Can I have more than one debit card on my account?
No, you can only have one active debit card from One on your account at a time.
How do I set and change my One debit card PIN?
To update the PIN for your card:
- Select the card icon
from the One Cash section of the One app
- Select Change card PIN
- Enter and confirm your new PIN
- Select Set PIN
- Your PIN will be set and immediately ready for use
You can also tap here and select Change card PIN to change the PIN for your One debit card in the One app.
Where can I use my One Cash Debit Card?
As a One Cash customer, you can use your One debit card worldwide, wherever Mastercard® is accepted.
What if my One Debit Card was Stolen?
If your card is stolen, report your card as Stolen within the One app to deactivate it and prevent unauthorized purchases:
- Select the card icon
from the One Cash section of the One app
- Tap Replace card
- Select My card was stolen
- Verify the mailing address where we will send your new card
- Select Replace My Card and confirm your request
You can also tap here and select Replace card to deactivate your card and prevent unauthorized purchases in the One app.
A new card will be sent to the mailing address on file arriving within 7-10 days. You will need to update your subscriptions and recurring payments with your new card information to avoid service interruptions. Your new card information can be found in the One app.
Note: One Retail Cards that have not been activated or that are activated for Limited-use cannot be replaced.
What if my card is missing?
If your card is missing, report your card as missing within the One app to deactivate it and prevent unauthorized purchases:
- Select
from the One Cash section of the app
- Tap Replace card
- Select My card is missing
- Verify the mailing address where we will send your new card
- Select Replace My Card and confirm your request

How do I freeze my One debit card?
If your One debit card is temporarily misplaced and you do not have any suspicious activity on your card, you can freeze your card:
- Select the card icon
from the One Cash section of the One app
- Select the option to toggle it to ON next to Freeze Card
To freeze your card in the One app, tap here and toggle the Freeze Card button ON.
You can continue to use your One card in your mobile wallet while your physical card is frozen. Subscriptions and recurring payments on your One card will also continue to be processed while your card is frozen.
To unfreeze your One debit card, follow these steps above or tap here and toggle the Freeze Card button back OFF.
How do I order a replacement card if my One debit card was damaged?
If your debit card is damaged, you can order a new card without terminating your existing card:
- Select the card icon
from the One Cash section of the One app
- Tap Replace Card
- Select My card was damaged
- Verify the mailing address where we will send your new card
- Select Replace My Card and confirm your request
- Your new debit card with your existing numbers should arrive within 7-10 days
To order a replacement card in the One app, tap here, select Replace Card, and then select My card was damaged.
You can continue to use your card until the new one arrives. Your new card will have the same card number but a different expiration date and security code (CVC). Most subscriptions and recurring payments will update automatically, but double-check with your providers to ensure no interruptions.

How do I track my new One debit card?
Once your card has been ordered, you will be able to view the order status and USPS tracking number by logging into the One app. The information will be available as a banner on the top of the home screen.
Can I buy a One Retail Card at Walmart to use on my account?
If you already have a One Cash account and purchase a Retail One debit Card from Walmart, the money you deposited on your One Retail Card will be added to your existing One Cash account Debit balance.
If we are unable to offer you a full One Cash account, and you already have existing One Retail Card(s) that are activated for your account with certain restrictions (such as if your card is already Limited-use), your new One Retail Card will be activated separately and your balances will not be combined. You can access the balances of your multiple Limited-use One Retail Cards from “Chat” on your Profile page.
How long is a temporary One Retail Card active?
If you bought a One Retail Card and were approved for a full One Cash account, you will be prompted in the One app to verify your address so a permanent card can be mailed to you. After 120 days, your Retail Card can still be used to spend but will no longer accept deposits.
Your Retail Card will remain active and may be used until your permanent card is delivered and activated; however, it can no longer accept deposits.
