Can I transfer money in and out of my account?
There are many options when it comes to transferring money in and out of your One Debit and Savings.

Will I receive notifications?
One customers may receive alerts regarding actions taken on their account. To receive and action these alerts, turn on notifications during account setup or in your phone's settings.
When will my direct deposit be available?
Your direct deposit will post to your One Cash account once we receive the funds from your employer or payroll provider.

External transfers to and from a linked account
Transfers initiated within the One app from a linked bank to your One Cash account take between 1 and 3 business days.
Some banks will allow you to send money to your One Cash account. These transfers, initiated externally from the One app, typically take between 1 and 3 business days.
Can I cancel a transfer to and from a linked account?
Pending transfers can be canceled in-app by completing these steps:
- Navigate to the section or pocket where the transfer was initiated
- Under the Activity section, select the transfer you would like to cancel
- If the transfer can be canceled, the transfer summary will show the transfer as PENDING
- If the transfer is not able to be canceled, the transfer summary will show that the transfer is IN PROGRESS and unable to be canceled
- Click on the Cancel Transfer button
- Confirm your cancellation request
- You will receive a pop-up confirmation message that your transfer has been canceled
What are my limits?
With One, there are no limits on the number of transfers in and out of your pockets. You can make as many transfers as you need. For newly linked external accounts, transfers over $500 may be declined.
Why was my transfer canceled?
One must be able to verify the balance in your external account for a transfer to be successful. Sometimes financial institutions can’t allow us to verify your balance via Plaid. If we are unable to verify the funds, the transfer will be canceled. Please also be sure the external account has sufficient funds when you initiate the transfer.
Instant transfers to and from a linked debit card
How do I link a debit card to my One Cash account?
To link a debit card to send or receive funds instantly
- Select Cash Control
- Choose Transfer funds
- Click on Select Account
- Click on Debit cards
- Select Add a debit card
- Enter your debit card number, expiration date, and security code
- Select Add Debit card and you will see your new debit card linked and available to transfer funds instantly
You will now see your linked debit card as an account option when initiating a transfer.
Are there any fees to use the Instant transfer feature?
Instant Transfers sent from a linked debit card to your One Cash account are fee-free. A fee of 1.75% of the total transfer amount or a minimum fee of $0.25 will be charged per transfer to your linked debit card.
