Can I transfer money in and out of my account?
You can transfer money to and from your Checking or Savings or any external account you have linked to your ONE account.
How long do transfers take?

The transfer process begins immediately, and it usually takes 1-3 business days for the funds to arrive at your bank.
Transfers initiated from your ONE account to your external bank are sent the same day. Once sent, funds will typically arrive within 1-3 business days.
|Transfers from ONE initiated by an external institution||Once the request is received, ONE will transfer funds out of your ONE account right away; however, the receiving bank may take several days to make the funds available.|
|Transfer to ONE initiated from an external institution||Funds become available once received by ONE. It typically takes 1-3 business days to receive your funds once sent.|
|Money transfers from Even into ONE||ONE Instant transfers will be credited to your ONE account immediately. If you choose to transfer via ACH, funds will become available within 1 to 2 business days.|
Moving money between pockets (e.g., moving money from Checking to Savings ) can take up to 1 minute.
Transfers initiated from within the ONE app from a linked bank account take between 3 and 5 business days.
Some banks will allow you to send money to your ONE account using its account and routing number. These transfers, initiated externally from the ONE app, typically take between 1 and 3 business days.
Will I receive notifications?
ONE customers may receive alerts regarding actions taken on their account. To receive and action these alerts, turn on notifications during account setup or in your phone's settings.
Can I cancel a transfer?
Pending transfers can be canceled in-app by completing these steps:
- Navigate to the tab or pocket where the transfer was initiated
- Under the Activity section, select the transfer you would like to cancel
- If the transfer is able to be canceled, the transfer summary will show the transfer as PENDING
- If the transfer is not able to be canceled, the transfer summary will show that the transfer is IN PROGRESS and unable to be canceled
- Click on the Cancel Transfer button
- Confirm your cancellation request
- You will receive a pop up confirmation message that your transfer has been canceled
When will my direct deposit be available?
Your direct deposit will post to your ONE account once we receive the funds from your employer or payroll provider.

What are my limits?
With ONE, there are no limits on the number of transfers in and out of your pockets. You can make as many transfers as you need. For newly linked external accounts, transfers over $500 may be declined.
Why was my transfer canceled?
ONE must be able to verify the balance in your external account for a transfer to be successful. Sometimes financial institutions can’t allow us to verify your balance via Plaid. If we are unable to verify the funds, the transfer will be canceled. Please also be sure the external account has sufficient funds when you initiate the transfer.
